RETURN POLICY - EXCHANGE ONLY

To qualify for our exchange policy or an unwanted item please ensure that;

​

1. The item is sent back through Royal Mail / tracking must be provided to our returns address within 7 days.

​

2. Keep a copy of the receipt and send it to our email bbsboutiquexo@outlook.com to confirm your exchange.

​

3. Please fill out your exchange form which is received with your item.

​

4. We DO NOT offer exchanges on sale items.

​

5. Items must have tags attached, must not come back to us with any stains or rips in the products.

​

What do I do if my product is faulty?

​

Please contact our customer service with a picture of the faulty item/ items and we will get another one sent out to your address.

​

Can I return more than 1 product in a parcel?

​

You sure can! Please include both advice notes in each order to speed up the exchange process.If you have misplaced your advice note we will need your order number and the relevant items you are returning.

​

For hygiene purposes Jewellery cannot be returned.
